“ITS OFFICIALLY ON!” We have been given a club stand space at this exciting show.

We have got room left for 2 cars to be placed on our stand for the duration of the weekend cars need to be on the stand in location (hall 5- stand 575).

Arrive on Thursday, 12/11/2020, and need to stay on the stand till Sun 15/11/2020, show closure (when public has left the halls), around 17:00. No movement of cars during the full 3 days, so no taking home car every night. Alternative transport is member's responsibility or stay in local hotel on NEC site or nearby. Interested members will need to arrange accommodation themselves for the 3 nights over this weekend.

Members need high-viz on build-up (Thu) and breakdown (Sun when show has closed) days.

There will be special requirements around Covid-19 this year, i.e. things like no more than 8 people on the stand at any 1 time, facemasks preferable unless sufficient social distance (2m) can be achieved.
